Según una encuesta realizada entre los británicos por www.nme.com, la versión digital de una de las revistas más conocidas de música New Musical Express y The Book of Brithis Hit Singles and Albums, el mejor disco de la historia es ‘Definitely Maybe‘ de Oasis (1994).
Los votantes británicos lo han tenido muy claro porque cerca de 40.000 participantes lo han elegido sin ningún tipo de duda. Por debajo de ellos se sitúan grupos de la talla de los Pink Floyd, U2, o Nirvana. Eso sí, el segundo y el tercer puesto de la lista son para The Beatles, con su álbum Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band y Revolver, respectivamente. En esta ocasión ‘Ok Computer’ de Radiohead es el 4.
